Material cutting
  • 3D laser cutting - This progressive technology for processing closed profile materials with square, or rectangular profiles and pipes with high-repetition accuracy. Capacities for machining pipes: diameters from 12 mm to 140 mm, closed square profiles: profile wall from 12 to 120 mm, closed rectangular profiles: size of the scribed circle max. 170 mm, length of input material: min. 3,200 mm, max. 6,500 mm with a material piece weight of max. 100 kg.
  • Plasma cutting - Material cutting using plasma is suitable for cutting many different types of metals and non-metals, including painted, corroded, and dirty materials. Plasma systems are suitable for cutting different thickness metals.
  • Sheet cutting – Hydraulic shears used to cut sheet materials from 0.5 mm to 8 mm thick.
  • Laser sheet cutting – Using a laser to cut sheet materials is becoming a more popular form of cutting sheet materials with customers thanks to the cut variability it offers (in that sheets may be cut into a variety of shapes). We can cut materials up to 15 mm thick using lasers.
